SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED NAVEED AHMED S/O SHAFI MUHAMMAD, TAGAR IN SPL.BAIL APPLN.NO.107/2024,(NAVEED AHMED TAGAR VS THE STATE) CRIME NO.65/2024 OF P/STATION CITY, HYDERABAD,           U/SECTION 9(1)(3)(C) OF CNS ACT, 1997 AMENDMENT ACT, 2022.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused NAVEED AHMED S/O SHAFI MUHAMMAD, TAGAR and upon hearing             Mr.Abdul Qadeer Mirjat, Advocate for the applicant/accused and Ms.Safa Hisbani, Assistant Prosecutor General, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.200,000/-(two lacs) nd P.R bond in equal amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one                  MUHAMMAD TASLEEM S/O MUMTAZ ALI, TALPUR has stood surety for accused Muhammad Rafique.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused           NAVEED AHMED S/O SHAFI MUHAMMAD, TAGAR from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.200,000/-(two lacs) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before the this/trial Court on the date of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
