WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicant/accused has filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case, crime No.14/2024 U/S 324,337-A(i), 504, 506(ii), 114, 34 PPC of PS Kaloi and this Court after hearing the Advocate for applicants/accused and A.D.P.P for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/- ( Rupees Fifty Thousand) each with P.R bond in the like amount.
