SUBJECT:     RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED IN CR. B.A NO: 422/2024 REG. MUHAMMAD HASSAN AND ANOTHER V/S THE STATE U/S 302-PPC CRIME NO: 21/2024 P.S. GARHI YASIN.

                        Whereas the applicants/accused 1. Muhammad Hassan 2. Ramzan both sons of Abdul Hakeem by caste Shar who are remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 302-PPC and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of Advocate for the applicants /accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 300,000/- (Three lac rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused/applicants has furnished the required surety in this Court same is accepted by this Court.

                        You are, hereby, directed and authorized to RELEASE the above said accused/applicants fromyour custody forthwith if they are no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the Sum of Rs. 300,000/- (Three lac rupees) for his appearance concerned court.
