Whereas, the above named applicant/accused who was sent to your custody under the remand warrant of the learned Civil Judge & J.M Thul , to face the pending trial Under Section 365-B,457,35 PPC, before Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana presented an application for releasing him on bail, where Mr. Rafique Ahmed K.
