The applicant / accused moved in application for grant of Post-Arrest Bail . After hearing advocates, Bail has been granted to applicant / accused namely Akbar @ Faizan Son of Jumma Khan, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rupees 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand only) and P.R Bond in the like amount to satistfication of this Court, in the present Case / Crime.
The applicant / accused named above has furnished required surety before this Court, you are therefore , directed to release the applicant / accused namely Akbar @ Faizan S/O Jumma Khan, if not requried in other custoy cases, after obtaining his personal Bond in the sum of Rupees Fifty Thousand (Rs. 50,000/-) with direction to appear before this Court on dated 24-06-2024, and the same P.R bond be retured this Court within Two days of his release.
