Whereas, accused namely (1) Mst. Hameedan d/o Gaman w/o Ashique Ali (2) Mst Lailan d/o Ghulam Nabi w/o Mushtaque (a/w baby Rozina) (3) Mst. Sughran d/o Muhammad Saleh w/o Sikandar (4) Mst. Sharifan d/o Dhani Bux w/o Ghulam Nabi (5) Mst. Ameeran d/o Gaman w/o Ghulam Mustafa( a/w son Ali Nawaz and (6) Mst. Gulnaz d/o Shahzado w/o Anwar (a/w baby Dua) all by caste Khoso, whom you hold into your custody for offence punishable under above referred section under the remand warrant of this court. This court have granted bail to the above named accused on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each (Ten thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court and one deponent namely Ali Nawaz son of Dhani Bux Khoso R/o Jamal Kirio Taluka Sakrand District Benazir Abad has filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing his P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if they are no more required in some other case/crime with directions to appear before this court on 12-06-2024 at 08:30 AM.
