Whereas on receipt of bail application under section 497 Cr.PC filed by learned counsel on behalf of applicants/accused Irfan Ali S/O Syed Hussain Shah By caste Syed R/O Seeta Road Taluka KN Shah in crime no 17/2024 PS Kakar U/S 9(1)3(a) CNSA, and this court after hearing the learned counsel for the applicants/accused and learned ADPP for state has ordered for release the above named applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 50000/-(Fifty thousand) only with PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
And whereas one Soomar Shah son of Syed Hassan Shah Qalandari , resident of Muhalla Ward no 05, Seeta Road , Taluka, K.N.Shah District, Dadu appeared and filed affidavit along with original documents Motor cycle for stood surety in the sum of Rs. 50000/-(Fifty thousand) on behalf of above named applicant/accused before his court, which is accepted.
You are required to release the applicant/accused Irfan Ali S/O Syed Hussain Shah from your jail, forthwith, if they are no more required any custody case and crime after causing PR bond with direction to attend this court on 03-06-2024 at 8-30 am to face his trial in above said case and crime.
