Whereas, accused namely Ali Nawaz s/o Sathi by caste Tanwari, whom you hold into your custody for offences punishable referred above. The bail has been granted to accused by this court, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousands only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfication of this court. One deponent namely Shahnawaz s/o Sathi by caste Tanwari r/o village Ghulam Qadir Tanwari Taluka Ghotki, has filed his affidavit for standing surety of accused, which has been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing his P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if he is no more required in some other case/crime with direction to appear before court as and when required.
