WHEREAS, applicant/accused Nusrat @ Nasrullah son of Bakhat Ali by caste Chandio, has been granted bail by this Court in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty Thousand only) and PR bond in the like amount, to the entire satisfaction of this Court vide BA order dated 18.05.2024, in connection with Criminal Bail Application No.605/2024 Re-Nusrat @ Nasrullah Chandio and another VS The State for offence U/S 402,399,324,353,148,149 PPC, arising out of Crime No.57/2024 of PS Nasirabad.
AND WHEREAS, required surety on behalf of above named accused has been furnished which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the PR bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and accused be bound down to appear before concerned Court.
