SUBJECT:    RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED 1. IMTIAZ ALI 2. IMRAN ALI BOTH SONS OF MUMTAZ ALI BY CASTE CHACHAR IN CR.BAIL.APPLICATION NO.1045/2024, RE- IMTIAZ ALI & ANOTHER VERSUS THE STATE, CRIME NO.20/2024 POLICE STATION DUBAR, UNDER SECTION 353,324,401 R/W SECTION 34 PPC 1860.

Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused  1. IMTIAZ ALI 2. IMRAN ALI BOTH SONS OF MUMTAZ ALI BY CASTE CHACHAR and upon hearing Mr. Ali Hassan Seelro, Advocate for accused and Mr. Shuaib Ahmed Soomro A.D.P.P for the state, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 50,000/- each (Fifty Thousands each) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one  Nisar Ahmed S/O Noor Muhammad has stood surety for both accused named above.
        You are therefore, directed and required to release accused 1. IMTIAZ ALI 2. IMRAN ALI BOTH SONS OF MUMTAZ ALI BY CASTE CHACHAR from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs 50,000/- each (Fifty Thousands each)  for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
