Whereas, the above named accused has been remanded to your Jail by this court the applicant/accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon hearing Mr. Zamir Ahmed Memon Advocate for applicant /accused and ADPP for the state, this court has ordered that the above named applicant/accused be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs 20,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount and whereas the said applicant/accused named above have furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are hereby required to release forthwith the above named applicant/accused in this crime from your Jail and after getting his P.R bond in the sum of.
