WHEREAS the Applicant/accused JIBRAN KHALIL SON OF MUHAMMAD ASLAM has moved an application praying for bail in above case which pending in this Court and the Court has granted bail to the accused subject to his furnishing one surety in sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty Thousand only) and whereas the Surety on behalf of the above accused has been furnished as required.
You are therefore required to release the above named accused, forthwith, if he is not required in any other cases/crime after obtaining a personal recognizance rupees in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty Thousand only ) to execute by the said.
Applicants/Accused before you, the Superintendent above said Jail Karachi and to certify the execution on by endorsement on the back of the writ and to return this release together with the recognizance Bond to this Court within three days from the receipt thereof.
