SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED QURAT-UL-AIN @ AINEE D/O SHAFAAT ALI, RAJPUT IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.1280/2024,(QURAT-UL-AIN @ AINEE VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.54/2024 OF P/STATION CANTONMENT, HYDERABAD, U/SECTIONS 419, 504, 506 PPC R/W 2A(1)(2)(6) LWP ACT, 2023.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused QURAT-UL-AIN @ AINEE D/O SHAFAAT ALI, RAJPUT and upon hearing Ms.Rehmat Asif Hashmi, Advocate for applicant/accused, Mr.Naeemuddin Sahito, Advocate for the complainant and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one PIYAS ALI S/O DUR MUHAMMAD has stood surety for accused Muhammad Rafique.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused QURAT-UL-AIN @ AINEE D/O SHAFAAT ALI, RAJPUT from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before the concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
