Subject: RELEASE WRIT/ACQUITTAL INTIMATION.
WHEREAS, the below named applicants/accused were remanded to your jail under the warrant by Court committing the applicants/accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the application for bail and upon hearing Mr. Ali Nawaz Khan Jagirani advocate for applicants/accused and Mr. Ghulam Mustafa Khaskheli, DDPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the applicants/accused named below be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned trial court and whereas the said applicants/accused has furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this court.
You are therefore hereby required to release the applicants/accused named below forthwith (unless they are no more required by you in any other case/crime) from your custody and after causing his P.R bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each and be executed for their appearance before trial court and certify execution of this writ within three days after its receipt and send the P.R bond to this court.
