SUBJECT:       RELEASE WRIT OF APPLICANT/ACCUSED 01. MUHAMMAD SALEEM S/O RIASAT ALI RAJPUT AND 02. MUHAMMAD QASIM S/O RIASAT ALI RAJPUT IN BA NO. 676/2024, MUHAMMAD SALEEM & ANOTHER VERSUS THE STATE, IN CRIME NO.163/2024, U/S: 413, 414-PPC OF  P.S SHAHDADPUR.

            Whereas, learned advocate for applicant / accused namely 01. Muhammad Qasim S/O Riasat Ali Rajput and 02. Muhammad Qasim S/O Riasat Ali Rajput has filed bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail of above named applicant/accused after hearing the arguments the bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousands) for each with P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of accused before this court, which has been accepted.

                        You are, therefore, directed to release the above named applicant/accused in the above mentioned case/crime, forthwith, if he is not required in any other case. The P.R bond of accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned to this court after obtaining the signature/ LTI of accused on it. Accused be directed to appear before trial  Court without fail for facing his trial.
