SUBJECT:     RELEASE WRIT OF MANTHAR S/O BACHAL MACHI IN CRIME NO.04/2024, U/S 382, 215 PPC, POLICE STATION BAKHARI.

 

                        WHEREAS, the bail of above named accused/UTP has been granted subject to furnishing solvent surety of Rs.30,000/-. The required surety has been furnished by the surety holder namely  Azizullah s/o Muhammad Yaqoob Solangi behalf of above named accused to the satisfaction of this Court, surety has been accepted, after proper verification.

                        You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the above named accused/UTP, forthwith if he is no more required in any other crime/case by any other Court of law. After obtaining P.R bond to the accused, he may be directed to attend the Court on 13..06.2024 at 08:30am, without fail.
