The appellant/convicted named below has been granted bail u/s 426 Cr.P.C by this Court in the below mentioned case/crime vide Order dated 06.06.2024 subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the surety namely Abdul Razzaque Jamali son of Ali Murad Jamali on behalf of above named appellant/convicted has furnished viz. One Short Term Savings Certificate bearing Register No. 302 Dated 06-Jun-2024 worth of Rs.50,000/- with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are, therefore directed to release the appellant/convicted named below forthwith, if, he is not required in any other case/crime after causing his P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/= for his appearance before this Court on the date of hearing viz. at 8:30 am and the same be submitted to this Court within two days for record, without fail.
