Whereas, the accused Muhammad Sallah @ Sallah S/O Awal @ Izzat by caste Shar has been acquitted U/S 345 (6) Cr.P.C. by this court from the above charge vide order dated 02.09.2023 but accused was remnded to jail custody for want of diyat amount. Today diyat amount has been paid by the accused named above.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your custody forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case.
