Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused IMRAN @ GARHO SON OF FEROZ BY CASTE SHAIKH and upon hearing Mrs. Fareeda, Advocate for accused and Mr. Shuaib Ahmed Soomro A.D.P.P for the state, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 30,000/-(thirty thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Rizwan son of Shahzado Shaikh has stood surety for both accused named above.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused IMRAN @ GARHO SON OF FEROZ BY CASTE SHAIKH from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs 30,000/- (thirty thousands) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
