Whereas, accused Habibullah son of Khadim Hussain, by caste Chachar, whom you hold into jail custody in the above mentioned bail application/crime and this Court has granted the bail of above named accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-. The deponent Farman Ali son of Abdul Rehman by caste Kolachi r/o village Lashkar Khan Kolachi, taluka and District Ghotki, who has been accepted as surety of above named accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount by this Court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith if he is no more required in some other custody case/crime after causing his P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with direction to appear before the court as and when required, without fail.
