Whereas, accused namely Arshad Shah s/o Shahanshah by caste Qureshi, whom you hold into your custody for offence punishable under above referred section under the remand warrant of this court. This court have granted bail to the above named accused on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court and one deponent namely Ghulam Dastagir Shah s/o Syed Sahib Shah by caste Syed, R/o Hussain Beli, Taluka and District Ghotki, has filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing his P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if they are no more required in some other case/crime with directions to appear before this court on 10-06-2024 at 08:30 AM.
