Whereas, this court has granted bail to applicant/accused Khadim S/O Beero Khan Khokhar in Crime No.41/2024 PS Dokri for offence punishable U/S 447, 511, 34-PPC. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named accused before this court, which is provisionally accepted.

You are hereby directed to release the accused named above forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime, accused should be bound down to appear before this court on 15.06.2024 at 08:30 a.m. without fail.
