SUBJECT:  RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED MUMTAZ ALI S/O ALI MURAD BROHI IN CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION NO.652/2024 MUMTAZ ALI V/S THE STATE U/S 9 (i) 3 C CNS ACT, 1997 CRIME NO:61/2024 OF POLICE STATION SINJHORO.

          Whereas, the counsesl on behalf of above named applicant/accused has filed criminal bail application U/S 497 Cr.PC, and whereas this Court after hearing the arguments of respective counsel, bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused subject to furnishing his solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is accepted by this Court. 

                   You are, hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused in the above mentioned case and crime forthwith, if, he is not required in any other custody case by any Court of law. The P.R. bond of the applicant/accused is enclosed herewith, same be returned after obtaining the signatures/L.T.Is of applicant/accused thereon to this Court for record. The applicant/accused is directed to appear before trial court to face his trial, without fail.
