Whereas, the applicant/accused has made bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C before this court through the learned counsel, praying therein that for grant of bail on the subject case and crime, and after hearing the advocate for the applicant/accused and the learned ADPP for the state and perusal of the police papers, this court has granted the bail to the accused in the sum of Rs. 60,000/- with PR Bond in the like amount.
