Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the accused subject to frunish surety in sum of Rs.30,000/- (in words thirty thousand rupees only) and P.R Bond in like amount vide Order dated 05.6.2024.
The accused has furnished surety, you are therefore required to release the said accused named below from your custody forthwith, if he is no more required in another case/crime, after obtaining PR bond in equal amount of Rs.30,000/- (in words thirty thousand rupees only) for his appearance before trial Court, positively and certified execution of this Court and send the bond to this Court within 02 days after the receipt of this letter.
