Whereas, the above named appellant/convict who was sent to your custody under the Conviction warrant u/s 243 Cr.P.c of the Learned Civil Judge-I/MTMC Jacobabad, for that reason, appellant/convict preferred criminal Revision u/s 439,435 Cr.P.C R/W S-561-A Cr.P.C. before this Court presented an application for releasing him on bail before the Honorable High Court of Sindh Circuit Larkana Court through Mr. Asif Ali Abdul Razak Soomro Advocate and where upon hearing Mr Ali Anwar Kandhro, Additional Prosecutor General for the state this court has ordered that the above named applicant/accused be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs:20,000/- and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this court.
