Whereas, the below named accused have been admitted to bail by the court of Honourable Sessions Judge Kashmore at Kandhkot in B.A No. 134/2024 Re- Mst. Husna and others vs The State bearing Crime No. 136/2024 for offence punishable under section 380 PPC of PS A-Section Kandhkot vide order dated 07.06.2024, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- each (in words twenty thousand rupees each) & P.R bond in the like-wise amount to the satisfaction of learned trial court. The required surety have been furnished by the accused and same is accepted.
You are therefore, directed to release the below named accused persons in the blow said case/crime forthwith (if they are no more required in any other custody case/crime), with further direction to obtain LTIs/Signatures from accused over bail bond and send the same to this court for office by informing them to appear before this court on 12.06.2024 at 08:30 am without failure.
