SUBJECT:     RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED IN CR. B.A NO: 466/2024 REG. MUHAMMAD NAZAR V/S THE STATE U/S 9-(3) C OF CNS ACT CRIME NO: 07/2024 P.S. KARAN SHARIF.

                        Whereas the applicant/accused Muhammad Nazar S/O Fateh Muhammad by caste Khaskheli who are remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 9-(3) C OF CNS ACT and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of Advocate for the applicants /accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (One lac rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused/applicant has furnished the required surety in this Court same is accepted by this Court.

                        You are, hereby, directed and authorized to RELEASE the above said accused/applicant from your custody forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the Sum of Rs. 100,000/- (One lac rupees) for his appearance concerned court.
