Whereas, the above named appellant/convict who was sent to your custody under the Conviction warrant u/s 243 Cr.P.c vide order dated:23-01-2024 passed in Crl case No.08/2024 the state versus Hamid Ali Gopang by the Learned Civil Judge-I/MTMC Jacobabad, for that reason, appellant/convict preferred criminal No.D-11/2024 Re-Hamid Ali Gopang Versus The State, before Honourable High Court, Circuit Court, Larkana and Honourable High Court has been pleased to admit the Criminal revision application and appellant/accused be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs:20,000/- and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this court.
You are, hereby required to release forthwith the above named appellant/convict from your custody, if he is not required to be detained in any other case after executing P.R bond in the sum of Rs:20,000/- for his appearance before the Honorable High Court of Sindh Circuit Larkana on 21-08-2024 at 08-30 a,m without fail and certify execution of this writ within two days after its receipt.
