Whereas, this court has granted bail to accused mentioed abvoe in the solvent surety of Rs.30,000/- with PR bond in the like amount, such required surety has been furnished by the accused, hence this release writ.
You are therefore hereby directed to release the above named accused forthwith, if he is no more required in any other case/Crime by any other Court, after releasing the accused, directed him to appear before this court on the date of hearing i.e 15-6-2024 at 08:30 AM.
