Whereas, accused namely Deedar Ali s/o Suhbat Ali Bozdar, who was remanded into your jail custody for want of surety in the sum of Rs:10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court and one deponent namely Shakeel Ahmed s/o Abdul Rasheed Samejo, r/o village Mehrab Samejo, Taluka Daharki, District Ghotki, has filed affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has provisionally been accepted by this court.
