Whereas, accused namely Aijaz Ahmed s/o Ahmed by caste Shaikh, whom you hold into your custody for offence punishable under above referred section under the remand warrant of this court. This court have granted bail to the above named accused on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court and one deponent namely Javed Ahmed s/o Ahmed by caste Shaikh R/o Mohalla Rahmoowali Ghotki, Taluka and District Ghotki, has filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted.
