Whereas, accused namely 1.Nadir Ali s/o Ali Hassan Dahar, 2.Shahryar s/o Muhammad Saleem Rajput and 3.Muhammad Ishaque s/o Gul Baig Bhugio, who was remanded into your jail custody for want of surety in the sum of Rs:10,000/- each (Ten Thousand Rupees only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court and one deponents namely Shahid Hussain s/o Ghulam Qadir Dahar surety for accused Nadir Ali, 2.Muhammad Imran s/o Meherban Ali Rajput surety for accused Sheheryar and 3.Amjad Ali s/o Raees Manghan Khan Bughio surety of accused Muhammad Ishaque, has filed affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted by this court.
