Whereas, accused namely i). Muhammad Bachal s/o Darya Khan and ii). Mushtaque Ahmed s/o Muhbat Khan, both by caste Kaleri, has been granted bail in the above case/crime, in the sum of Rs: 200,000/- (Two Lac) each and P.R bond in the like amount. Surety/Deponent namely Imam Bux Qazi s/o Haji Muhammad Murad Khan by caste Qazi, has appeared and furnished required surety, which has been accepted by this court.
You are hereby directed/authorized to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith if, they are no more required in other custody case/crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs: 200,000/- (Two Lac) each with directions him to appear before trial Court, without fail.
