Whereas, the counsel on behalf of above named applicants/accused has filed criminal bail application U/S 497 Cr.PC, and whereas this Court after hearing the argument of respective counsel, bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- each (Rupees One Lac each) with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicants/accused, which is accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named applicants/accused in the above mentioned case and crime forthwith, if, they are not required in any other custody case by any Court of law. The P.R. bond of the applicants/accused is enclosed herewith, same be returned after obtaining the signatures/L.T.Is of applicants/accused thereon to this Court for record. The applicants/accused are directed to appear before trial court to face his trial, without fail.
