SUBJECT: RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED ABDUL KHALIQ SON OF ABDUL REHMAN BY CASTE RAJPUT (NAME OF ACCUSED MENTIONED IN FIR AS “ABDUL KHALID”) IN CR.BAIL.APPLICATION NO.1057/2024, RE-ABDUL KHALIQ VERSUS THE STATE, CRIME NO.25/2024 POLICE STATION NEWPIND, UNDER SECTION 324,337-H(2)READ WITH SECTION 34 PAKISTAN PENAL CODE, 1860.
Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused ABDUL KHALIQ SON OF ABDUL REHMAN BY CASTE RAJPUT (NAME OF ACCUSED MENTIONED IN FIR AS “ABDUL KHALID”) and upon hearing Mr.Mehfooz Ahmed Awan, Advocate for accused and Mr. Shuaib Ahmed Soomro A.D.P.P for the state, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 100,000/-(one lac) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Arsalan Ahmed son of Abdul Habib Qureshi has stood surety for both accused named above.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused ABDUL KHALIQ SON OF ABDUL REHMAN BY CASTE RAJPUT (NAME OF ACCUSED MENTIONED IN FIR AS “ABDUL KHALID”) from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs 100,000/- (one lac) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
