                      Whereas, on receipt of Bail Application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by Advocate on behalf of applicant/accused Muhammad Ali s/o Deen Muhammad Jamali, before this Court for grant of post-arrest bail, in the above mentioned case and crime, after hearing the learned Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the applicant/accused be admitted bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- ( thirty thousand rupees) and P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                             And Whereas, required surety furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Irfan Ali s/o Bahadur Ali Mallah is appeared and stand surety on behalf of the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-  (thirty thousand rupees ) and P.R bond in like amount satisfaction of this Court.

                   You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Muhammad Ali s/o Deen Muhammad Jamali, from your jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other case custody or crime, after causing P.R Bond in sum of Rs. 30,000/- and submit such P.R Bond before this Court. The applicant/accused is directed to attend trial Court.
