                        Whereas, Mr. Parmanand Rathore, advocate for applicant/accused named above has filed Bail Application under section 497 Cr.P.C before this court for grant of bail after arrest and this court after hearing of advocate for applicant/accused and learned ADPP for the State, granted bail after arrest to above named applicant/accused subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (rupees thirty thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.

                        And whereas, the above named applicant/accused has furnished required surety to the satisfaction of this court in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (rupees thirty thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount.

                        You are, therefore, required and authorized to release above named applicant/accused forthwith (if he is not required in any other custody case) with directions to accused person to appear before this court on 17.06.2024 at 09.00 am without fail. P.R bond of the accused is sent herewith for obtaining the signature/LTI of accused and the same be returned to this court without fail for record.
