SUBJECT:- RELEASE LETTER.
Whereas, UTP/accused Ghulam Shabir @ Foji son of Gudaro by caste Chandio has been granted bail by the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana, vide order dated: 16.05.2024 passed in Cr. Bail Application No. S-152 of 2024 bearing Crime No. 22/2023 of PS Behram, offence under Sections 302, 34 PPC in the sum of Rs.300,000/- (Rupees Three Lac) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial/this Court. And whereas, the required surety on behalf of the above-named UTP/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the above-named UTP/accused in above-mentioned case/crime forthwith, if he is not required in any other case/crime after taking his P.R bond. The P.R bond taken from the UTP/accused be sent to this Court and he be bound down to appear before this Court on the date of hearing, viz., 01.07.2024 at 08:30 a.m. without fail.
