WHEREAS, on 11.06.2024, this Court received an Order dated 10.06.2024 from the High Court of Singh Circuit Court Mirpurkhas, passed in Crl: Bail Application No. 102 of 2024 (Abdul Qadir versus The State). As per the order, bail was allowed, consequently, the applicant shall be released on bail subject to furnishing one solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 1000,000/- (one Lac rupees) with PR Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, today on 12.06.2024 the above named applicant/accused has furnished required surety provisionally to the satisfaction of this Court in the sum of Rs.100,000/-(rupees one lac) with PR in the like amount.
You are therefore, required and authorized to release above named accused forthwith (if he is not required in any other case/crime) with direction to him to appear before this Court on 14.06-2024 at 09-00 am without fail. Obtain the accused's signature or left thumb impression on the Personal Recognizance bond and send it to this court for record.
