SUBJECT:- RELEASE LETTER.
Whereas, this Court vide order dated.25.5.2024 ordered to keep the above mentioned case against accused Saleem @ Piar Ali S/o Muharram by caste Khokhar in abeyance till appearance of material P.Ws. It was further ordered that the accused shall be released subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of accused by one Dost Ali S/o Muharram by caste Khokhar R/o village Nabi Bux Khokhar P.O Hosri, District Hyderabad.
You are therefore, required to release the accused Saleem @ Piar Ali S/o Muharram by caste Khokhar from the aforementioned case/crime, if he is no more required to be detained in any other case/crime, after causing P.R bond from him in the sum of Rs.50,000/.
