SUBJECT:    RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED IN CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION 04/2024 REG: HAYAT TEGHANI U/S 365-A, 148, 149-PPC CRIME NO: 48/2015 P.S NAPER KOT.       

                        Whereas the applicant/accused accused Hayat S/O Dino @ Din Muhammad by caste Teghani who was remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section: U/S: 365-A, 148, 149-PPC and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of Advocate for the applicant /accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (One Lac rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused/applicant has furnished the required surety in this Court same is accepted by this Court.

                        You are, hereby, directed and authorized to RELEASE the above said accused/applicant from your custody forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the Sum of Rs. 100,000/- (One Lac rupees) for his appearance before this court on 15.02.2024 at 08.30 a.m.
