Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused NASEEM ALI S/O SONHARO BY CASTE CHACHAR and upon hearing Mr. Hafeezullah Korai, Advocate for accused and Mr. Shuaib Ahmed Soomro S.P.P for the state, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 100,000/- (One Lac) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Aftab Ahmed S/O Khamiso has stood surety for accused named above.
