Release Writs

The release writ for individual accused along with parentage confined in prison should be carefully verified with the Case number, FIR number, Police Station, offence and date of issue. Subject:-    Release writ.

            Whereas, on receipt of bail application filed by the advocate on behalf applicants/accused namely Muhammad Hussain son of Muhammad Usman, by caste Solangi, in this Court after hearing the learned ADPP and advocate for applicant/accused, has granted bail to the above named accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (fifty thousand) with PR bond in the like amount.

                   And whereas one Abdul Razaque S/o Muhammad Usman Solangi, R/o Village Qaim Kharal, Taluka & Disrict Dadu has appeared and stood surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/-  with P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted.

                   You are, therefore, required to release accused namely Muhammad Hussain son of Muhammad Usman, by caste Solangi, from jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other custody case, after causing P.R bond from him and send the same to this Court for office record. The applicant/accused be directed to join the investigation/trial court to face his trial.
