Whereas, accused namely Muhammad Umar s/o Ahmed Ali Shahani, who was remanded into your jail custody for want of surety in the sum of Rs:10,000/- each (Ten Thousand Rupees only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court and one deponents namely Muhammad Hassan s/o Ahmed Ali Shahani, r/o village Jarro Khan Shahani, Taluka and District Ghotki, has filed affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted by this court.
