The bail application for releasing him on bail was filed by Mr.Izhar Ali Malghani advocate counsel appearing on behalf of state, has passed the order to this Court, the order has been passed, and granted bail by this Court, to the above named applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 40,000/-( forty Thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
