Whereas, accused namely 1.Saeed Ahmed s/o Hussain Bux Mirani and 2.Hussain Bux s/o Ghulam Hyder Mirani, who was remanded into your jail custody for want of surety in the sum of Rs:10,000/- each (Ten Thousand Rupees only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court and one deponents namely Muhammad Irfan s/o Muhammad Ramzan Abbasi, r/o Dewri Road, Taluka and District Ghotki, has filed affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted by this court.
