Whereas, accused namely 1.Muhammad Afzal s/o Hakim Ali Mahar, and 2. Gul Zaman s/ Mangan Mahar, who was remanded into your jail custody for want of surety in the sum of Rs:10,000/- each (Ten Thousand Rupees only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court and one deponents namely Ranjhan Ali s/o Hakim Ali Mahar, r/o village Hasija Mahar, Taluka and District Ghotki, has filed affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted by this court.
