Whereas, accused namely 1) Noor Hassan s/o Abdul Ghafoor by caste Kori whom you hold into your custody for offence punishable under above referred sections and whereas, receipt an application for grant of bail upon hearing advocate for accused and learned ADPP for the state this court has ordered to release the accused on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished and deponent namely Abdul Waheed s/o Ghulam Qadir by case Kori stood surety for accused above named in the like amount which has been accepted by this court..
