Whereas, applicants/accused Sarwar @ Baboo S/o Shah Nawaz Lund has been granted post arrest bail by the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad vide order dated; 17-05-2024 passed in Crl. B.A No.S-339/2024 Re- Riaz @ Hao & others vs The State in the above mentioned case subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (one lac rupees) each and P.R bonds in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court/this Court.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Mehboob Ali S/o Muhammad Raheem Lund R/o village Kareemdad Lund Taluka & District Dadu which has been accepted today.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Sarwar @ Baboo S/o Shah Nawaz by caste Lund from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bond from him in the sum of Rs.100,000/- and submit such P.R bonds before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to attend this Court on 20.06.2024 at 08:30 a.m.
